| All Souls Unitarian Church Church Board Minutes |
The Board of Trustees of All Souls Unitarian Church consists of sixteen members: president, vice president, secretary,
treasurer, and twelve members. Each member serves a three-year term. The four officers are voted on each year,
although they often serve more than one year as well. All members and officers are voted on in the Congregational
Meeting held in the spring.
The Board meets the second Wednesday of each month September through June in the Beattie Room of the Church.
There is no Board meeting in July, and the August meeting is a joint Board/Council retreat, which is usually held on a
Saturday.
