ALL SOULS UNITARIAN CHURCH CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

May 21, 2006

Minutes

Board President Bruce Johnson started the meeting at 11:35 declaring a quorum with 63+ members present while 52 are required.

The Board Office and Trustee candidates were introduced. Bruce L. Johnson President, John Rempel Vice President, Mike Middleton Secretary, Ed Wetzel Treasurer Frank Burnett, Debi Griffith, John Murphy, Karen Rasmussen. The candidates were elected by voice vote.

The Council Officers and Members-at-Large were introduced. Babette Miller and Victoria Rempel Co-Chairs, Helen Dwyer Secretary, Norma Cummings, Liz Masur, Jennifer Mulkey. The candidates were elected by voice vote.

Bruce pointed out that copies of the Annual Report are available on the literature table.

Nancy Baney gave the audit report with the conclusion that the treasurer and financial secretary are doing a good job.

Mike Middleton gave the endowment report noting an investment gain of 4.4% for 2005. A detailed financial statement is available on the literature table.

Bruce gave the budget report noting that we currently have positive cash flow and are on track to be balanced at the end of the year.

Rich Atwater gave the Building Renovation Project report. Preparations are underway. June 11th is the last regular service. Starting June 12^th the sanctuary will only have access from the north door (next to the Library). If you want to be part of an “On Call” crew for tactical clean up and moving jobs let Rich know.
