Board President Bruce Johnson started the meeting at 11:51 declaring a quorum (54 members) assembled.
The Board Office and Trustee candidates were introduced. Bruce Johnson President, John Rempel Vice President, Mike Middleton Secretary, Ed Wetzel Treasurer, Ray Dunkin, Carol Hansen, Sharon Merriman, Gary Spencer. The candidates were elected by voice vote.
The Council Office and Member at Large candidates were introduced. John Murphy Chair, Ann Deagan-Romberg Vice Chair, Helen Dwyer Secretary, Norma Cummings, Debi Griffith, Jennifer Mulkey. The candidates were elected by voice vote.
Bruce Johnson recognized Rich Atwater for his work on the Building Project.
The 2004 audit report is available on the literature table outside the sanctuary.
Tom Sibert presented the Capital Campaign Report. Tom stated that the campaign has raised $1,038,000.00 in pledges to date. The audience broke into enthusiastic applause. Tom recognized the Capital Campaign Committee. Bob Arnold, Mary Branson, Ray Dunkin, Carol Hansen, Don Killingbeck, John Murphy, Lee Rand, Victoria Rempel, Pam Schneeman, Bob Stanis, Debbie White.
John Murphy recognized the lead canvassers.

Rich Atwater discussed the Building Renovation Project (BRP). The Board will select the Architect and construction firm by June. The design will be completed this summer. In the fall the Scope of Work and Budget will be ready for approval. Rich expressed his pleasure in having an experienced and capable committee. The major construction will begin about a year from now and be done in the fall of 2006.
Due to current leaks the library roof will be replaced as soon as possible.
