ALL SOULS UNITARIAN CHURCH CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

November 21, 2004

Minutes

Board President Bruce Johnson called the meeting to order at 11:25 AM, with approximately 100 voting members present.

The slate of nominees for the Nominating Committee was presented. Meredith Granger made a motion, that the slate be approved, which was seconded by Helen Dwyer. The motion passed on a unanimous voice vote.

Pledge Drive Chair Tom Miller reported on the progress so far, and urged all members who have not yet returned their pledges to do so.

Capital Campaign Committee Chair Tom Sibert reported that a many committees and individuals are working toward our March 5, 2005 kickoff of the Capital Campaign. He promised further announcements at the first of the year.

Budget Committee Chair Don Killingbeck gave a brief summary of the proposed 2005 Budget, the changes which had been made, and the reasons for those changes. There were no questions and no discussion. Helen Dwyer moved to accept the budget as presented. Tracy Lee seconded the motion. The motion carried on a voice vote, with one vote opposed.

Bill Lawrance moved to adjourn, seconded by Jennifer Yumibe.
