Bruce Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.

Minutes

Minutes of the April 12 and May 7 Board meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s Report

Bonnie pointed out that cash flow is +$20,695 heading into the summer. This is good because donations fall off in the summer.

John, Ray and possibly Greg will promote the SCRIP program at the May 21 service.

Auction

The auction was a success in raising fun and money. It brought in about $7700 after around $500 in expenses.

Congregational Meeting

The Congregational meeting is May 21. Afterward, there is a pitch in lunch with Good Shepherd during which the choirs will sing together.

Old Business

Bruce asked for Board members to return the MAPA survey.

Fine Arts will help decide on the flooring to put in with the renovation.
