All Souls Unitarian Church
Choir

Who we are:  The choir at All Souls Unitarian Church is an independent group which consists
of members and friends of the church.

What we do:  The choir provides music for Sunday services and two concerts each year.
Who leads us:  The choir is led by a professional director who is employed by the church. Currently, Mark Doerries is the
director. He is a student at Indiana University.

When do we meet:  The choir meets to practice on Thursday evenings at 7:30 P.M. and gathers on Sunday mornings at 9:30
A.M. prior to the 10:30 A.M. service.

What kinds of music do we sing:  We pride ourselves on pursuing challenging music of many genres. Although we often sing
anthems from traditional choral literature, we also enjoy exploring music of diverse cultures as well as modern music.
