| Channing Club |
The Channing Club is an autonomous group devoted to numerous social and cultural activities, service to the church (both
financially and physically), personal support to each Club and Church members, and the pursuit of fun! Couples and
singles of all ages are welcome to join!
Some past activities are:
Concerts and dinner at Conner Prairie
Local theater productions
Halloween, Christmas, picnics, and other parties
Bake Sale and Social/Coffee Hours in the Social Hall after the service
Substantial financial contributions to upgrade the kitchen, to purchase new banquet card tables, to install new flooring in
the Social Hall, and annual donations to graduating high school seniors in the Religious Education program.
Cleaning work days in various church rooms
Wine and beer tastings
Provide a representative to the Nominating Committee
Evenings of games, dancing, sporting, and music events
Holiday progressive dinners
Duck pin bowling and dinner
